This is actually being caused by an incorrect air fuel ratio and basically raw fuel igniting in the converter. This is extremely detrimental to the converter itself and needs to be diagnosed immediately.

basically the engine light is an indicator to let you know an electronic signal did not show a value it expected to see. it could be something that has failed due to time but the old type mileage reminders are pretty much gone, a basic scan test will reveal the root cause pretty easily.

yes, we accept all major credit cards as well as debit cards. we also accept checks with valid identification.

we dont install any exhaust system if the system requires converters, if it is a pre converter required vehicle and it has no converters it is legal to perform that to the car, but if it is 84 or newer it must have converters.

| Do you clean fuel injectors? |
yes indeed, we clean all makes and models of injectors, we use a 3 part system which isolates the injector rail from the fuel supply for maximum cleaning action and another chemical in the tank, then we have a lubricant spray for cleaning throttle body deposits, this is all included with our injector cleaning.

| What are the requirements to consider your automobile exhaust system legal or illegal? |
year model specific dictates the majority of the laws. number one if it is 1984 or newer must have a converter and anything previous that has a converter when it comes in must leave with a converter. second systems must exit past the farthest passenger area, example a sport utility would need to exit the rear of the truck, although a pickup can exit behind the cab. also state noise laws require a muffler device of some sort on vehicles for noise control.

| Can you clean injectors that have been removed from the car. |
No we dont clean injectors off the vehicle, we do a three part cleaning on the vehicle which actually cleans the carbon off the intake valve as well as combustion chamber. this is a great way to improve drivability as well as reduce emissions.
